Private Guided Meditation Session
Meditation is the state of focusing the mind on ONE thing. It is not thinking of NO thing or clearing your mind.
The purpose of meditation is to quiet the noisy chatter of the monkey mind in order for the deeper, quieter voice of truth, intuition, or Spirit to be heard.
There are as many different ways to meditate as there are people to sit in meditation. In my class, you will sample various styles to find the one that resonates with you.

The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words: "rei" meaning Higher Power; and "ki" meaning lfe force energy. Reiki loosely translates to spiritually guided life force energy.
I am a Level 1 Usui Reiki Practitioner certified by Johanna Landrum at the Landrum Center for Energy Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee.
